Meridian (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Abhimanyu Singh Yadav, an individual proprietor based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
We use this information to operate your account, track your study progress, process and manage your subscription, respond to support requests, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Funnel events cover actions such as selecting the free-chapter call to action, starting a chapter or quiz, marking notes read, submitting a quiz, completing a chapter loop, viewing a paywall, starting checkout, and activating a subscription. Analytics events do not include names, email addresses, raw user IDs, answer text, authentication secrets, or payment details. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from analytics page-view URLs.
We share the minimum data necessary with the service providers that run Meridian: Supabase (database and authentication), Razorpay (payment processing), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and PostHog (privacy-masked product analytics, feature flags, experiments, and optional session diagnostics). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and only use it to provide their service to us.
Your data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled, meaning your personal study data is only ever accessible to your own account. All traffic to Meridian is encrypted via HTTPS.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@meridianstudy.in. We will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within 30 days.
We use essential cookies required for login sessions and privacy-friendly analytics storage used to keep anonymous events and experiment assignments consistent. We do not use advertising cookies, sell browsing profiles, or track you across unrelated websites.
Meridian is intended for students preparing for a competitive government exam and is not directed at young children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
