Meridian (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online education platform for students preparing for India’s UPSC Civil Services Examination, operated by Abhimanyu Singh Yadav, an individual proprietor based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Meridian provides subject-wise study notes and practice quizzes delivered entirely online through our website and app.
By creating an account or using Meridian, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract under Indian law, or have a parent/guardian’s permission to use the service.
Some subjects on Meridian are free. Full access to all subjects requires a paid Premium subscription, billed monthly and processed securely through Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Subscription page or by emailing support@meridianstudy.in. All notes, quizzes, and other material on Meridian are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial study use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share this content without our written permission.
Meridian is a study aid. While we aim to provide accurate, well-structured content, we do not guarantee any particular exam result, rank, or outcome from using the platform.
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access another user’s account, interfering with the service’s operation, or using automated tools to scrape or copy content.
Meridian is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Meridian after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
