Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Billing

Meridian Premium is billed at ₹199 per month, charged automatically each month through Razorpay until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Subscription page, or by emailing support@meridianstudy.in. When you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that.

3. No Refunds for Completed Billing Periods

Because Meridian gives you full, unlimited access to all subjects for the entire billing period you pay for, we do not offer refunds for the current or any past month once it has been charged — including if you choose to stop using the platform partway through a month. Cancelling simply stops future billing; it does not refund the period already paid for.

4. Exceptions

The one exception is a genuine billing error — for example, if you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after you had already successfully cancelled. In these cases, email support@meridianstudy.in with your registered email and payment details, and we will investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate or erroneous charge.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
